The cost of fuel is increasing day by day and so is the consumption of petroleum. It has reached to 100 million gallons. A new technology called AirPod is going to change this increasing number of fuel consumption. Guy Negre has found a solution to this. He is a former engineer of Formula one and was also in aeronautics stream. His new invention claims a technology of compressed air that will make cars run without fuel. At present, Negre is the CEO of the Motor Development International and founder too which is located in Luxembourg. The development and research team of the company is based in France.
This new technology is used in a compact mini car that is four wheeled. This car runs by using compressed air which enables to move the pistons in the combustion engine of the car that is located internally. The car uses air from the environment and compresses it with the help of a motor. There is a tank in the car that stores compressed air which is filled up all the time with the motor. On one full tank of compressed air, the car can run up to 60 miles.
The compressor needs some oil to operate. It can be done by any vegetable oil, diesel, gasoline or ethanol also. An electrical outlet is all that the compressor needs to get recharged. When the compressor is oiled regularly and timely it will run smoothly. AirPod will run for 106 mpg in 80 miles on an average which is quite amazing for any car. AirPod is a safest modern day car that is easy on the pocket and do not demand refilling the fuel tank time and again. Moreover it is environment friendly as it does not emit any harmful gas out in the environment.
